Launching a Nonprofit an Interview with Laura Stack
In this episode, I talk to Laura Stack, who hadn’t planned on launching a nonprofit. She had a successful 30-year career as The Productivity-Pro speaking all over the world, but when her son died of suicide due to high-THC marijuana, she pivoted everything and started a nonprofit called Johnny’s Ambassadors to educate parents, teachers, and the community about the dangers of high-THC marijuana. And she had to pull together all of her skills from her previous business to launch something completely new!
Laura Stack, MBA, CSP, CPAE is an award-winning keynote speaker and trainer, bestselling author, and noted authority on personal productivity and team performance. She is now the founder of the non-profit, Johnny’s Ambassadors, designed to educate parents, teens, and communities about the dangers of today’s high-THC marijuana on adolescent brain development, psychosis, and suicide.
