In today’s episode of Quick Fix Friday, we’re going to talk about creating a system to track nutrition. In episode 28, Tom Petty and his wife turned their health around and stopped the progression of their diseases by making some major changes in their diet and nutrition. One of the things that Tom highlighted is that the way they accomplished that was through developing a system that made they successful.
Some of my advice for creating a system to track nutrition:

Your first step is to just pick a system that you think will work for you based on the way you are wired and how it’s worked for others. You can get a coach, read a book, find a program to follow and test whether that system’s going to work for you.

Once you find a system, track your progress toward that goal.
- If you are someone who needs more accountability, find a coach.
