Would you like to use webinars in your business, but you’re not sure which platform to use? In this episode of Quick Fix Friday, I’m going to dive into which features to consider when choosing a webinar platform and recommend some of my favorite webinar platforms.

Features I review when choosing a webinar platform

• Price – you want to balance the price with the features of the platforms
  • Note: Watch how the pricing is quoted – sometimes you will see a monthly price, but that price is only available when you pay annually
• Registration Page – Can it be customized to showcase you and your brand
• Attendees / Panelists – Know how many you want and expect as pricing might be affected by the response. Also their may be other limitations in these features you need to consider.
• Live / On-demand webinars – Which are you looking to host? Is it available on the platform?
• Accommodate the Facebook Pixel – Do you plan to run ads for your webinar? If so you will need to be able to add your pixel to the registration and thank you pages.

4 Webinar Platforms Suggestions

1. Zoom
   • Pro: Great if you are already paying for Zoom
   • Pro: Great for those that are new to hosting webinars
   • Pro: Pixel can be added
   • Con: The registration page isn’t customizable
2. ClickMeeting
   • Pro: Great landing page
   • Pro: Pixel can be added
3. Demio
   • Pro: Great chat feature
   • Pro: Pixel can be added
   • Pro: The registration page is basic but it’s good
4. Webinar Jam
   • My Favorite Platform
   • Pro: Great Features
   • Pro: Good landing pages
   • Pro: Pixel can be added
   • Con: Most expensive of my recommendation
   • Note: It does require a year-long membership
