Changing the Conversation About Mental Health with Heather Lutze
Sometimes a major life event will require us to face something that we have been previously ignoring. That happened with my guest today, Heather Lutze, a highly successful and driven entrepreneur who had to face her bipolar diagnosis and make some adjustments in her life. She is on a mission to change the conversation about mental health and be an example of what thriving with bipolar disease can look like.
Heather Lutze has faced bipolar disease all of her life. Her career and family suffered until she accepted her diagnosis and medications. She is simply an entrepreneur with years of experience building a path through a very dark forest. She has a story to tell—one that may help you or others.
