How to Get Started with a Virtual Assistant

1. Have an initial project for them to work on. Do not be afraid to provide feedback on their work – even ask them to redo the work if necessary
2. Record videos to show how the process is done
3. Have a documented process to follow (that can be updated as needed)
4. Communicate your needs clearly
5. Encourage open communication so that all needs are met in a timely manner
