33: 8 Ways to Get Involved with Horses in Midlife: Quick Fix Friday

Maybe you didn’t have a pony when you were little, but you always wanted one. Or maybe you did have some horse riding lessons and feel like getting back to that in midlife. It’s not too late.  In episode 31, I interviewed Olympian Mary Hannah. She’s been working with horses her whole life, and maybe you’re now inspired to get involved with horses now in this time of your life. But maybe you think it’s too late.

4. Lease a horse
5. Look to get involved with horse sanctuaries
6. Learn a skill or some type of trade that can help horses
7. Take a horse-related vacation
8. Participate in the local horse community
